Orders
When will my order arrive?
Each of our fine art prints takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Most orders take 3-5 days in transit.
Do you include payment information in the package?
No. We provide a branded packing slip without any pricing information — perfect for gifting. Maison Nostalgie also offers gift cards for those seeking the ideal present for a loved one.
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take pride in the safe delivery of your art. On rare occasions when a piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@maisonnostalgie.com with photos of both the artwork and the packaging.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
My order is lost — what should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@maisonnostalgie.com, and we will assist in locating it.
Artwork
Can I frame the prints myself?
Yes, unframed prints are available for those who wish to customize their framing. Simply select “No Frame” at checkout.
Are shadow boxes only available in larger sizes?
Yes, shadow box frames are currently offered exclusively for Giant and Collector sizes.
Do you offer custom frame options?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate frame customizations at this time.
What materials are used in your frames?
All of our frames are crafted from high-quality wood and hand-assembled for each piece.
What hardware is recommended for hanging?
Our frames come equipped with Wall Buddies, which simplify installation. We recommend screws for smaller pieces and wall anchors for larger works.
Are your prints signed or numbered?
We occasionally release limited, signed, and numbered editions that often sell out quickly. Join our newsletter for exclusive updates.
Are your prints glossy or matte?
Our fine art prints are produced on heavy 270gsm matte archival 100% cotton rag paper, offering a luxurious, timeless finish.
Do you use glass or acrylic for framing?
We use UV-blocking acrylic for all framed pieces. This provides superior protection and reduces the risk of damage during transit compared to traditional glass.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we are unable to accept returns.
Can I exchange my piece for a different size?
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, as each piece is crafted to order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, adjustments cannot be made once production begins.

How can I submit my portfolio?
Our curators meet monthly to review new artist submissions. To be considered, submit a PDF with five image selects you believe would complement our collection via the contact form. Due to high demand, we cannot respond to all inquiries.
